Dental Office Front Desk Administrator/Billing coordinator
We are a restorative, general private busy dental practice located in Brookline, MA. Our team seeks a well-rounded, motivated, flexible, and responsible office staff, one who can fulfill job duties in a timely manner and is eager to care for their patients. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task are of most importance.

As a well-established practice, we are looking for candidates who are self-starters, organized, and effective leaders. A consistent positive attitude and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed are also essential attributes for this position.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, and check-ins.- Insurance eligibility and verification checks

- Answering phones, faxing, filing, data entry

- Calculating co-payments, collecting co-payments

- Billing and submitting dental claims- Other office and administrative duties around the practice

Salary - Competitive hourly wages, commensurate with experience. Need at least 20-27 hours of coverage

This position can be part time or full time employment to start with depending on candidate's need, experience and attitude.

- Office is digital so a successful candidate should be familiar with EHR, digital radiography/photography, electronic claims, etc.
