We are seeking a Solar Designer to prepare site layouts and electrical designs. Candidates must be responsible and productive individuals with high-quality work ethics. Job Responsibilities:

· The annual salary for this role is $80,000 to $120,000.

· Assess and confirm system design, including but not limited to array layout, wire runs and interconnection method.

· Submit drawings for customer review and approval.

· Identify and diligently resolve design issues.

· Track and manage numerous projects by coordinating with multiple jurisdictions to meet requirements.

· Provide final review of system designs to ensure a high level of accuracy and completion.

· Research building codes and plan implementation of new system design requirements.

Qualifications:

· Previous solar design and electrical experience.

· Tesla/energy storage experience.

· NABCEP certification preferred

· Strong coordination, problem-solving, documentation and data entry skills.

· Extremely detail oriented with strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of National Electrical Code and local building codes.

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
