OPPORTUNITY

We are rapidly growing and seeking for Digital Marketing Manager who will work closely with our Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the company. Here’s your chance to use your skills to identify marketing trends and growth opportunities!

Responsibilities

  • Manage web design projects, campaigns and/or search-engine optimization (SEO) projects.
  • Develop, test, and analyze keywords, descriptions, marketing strategies and landing page URLs to maximize campaign results, drive volume, and reach company targets.
  • Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Manage SEO reporting.
  • Provide website recommendations to improve website design, product enhancements, and website ROI and KPIs
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Help lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Required Education and Experience

  • S/B.A. degree or certification in a web design or online marketing related field

Required Skills & Abilities

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Experience juggling a large number of projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be hard-working, self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
  • Must possess good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a growing company with increasing needs.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Sense of urgency with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • High integrity and trustworthy
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
