FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE | DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT TEAM

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you love planning, launching, and leading integrated outbound campaigns across search, social, and email and managing and tracking inbound contingent marketing initiatives. You thrive on leveraging audience and performance data to optimize websites and digital campaigns and tracking and communicating those results to clients.

In the short term, you will:
  • Create vertically-targeted social, search, and email campaigns that effectively drive key actions (leads, sales, donations, etc.) for our clients' brands.
  • Bring a fresh perspective on how to leverage and optimize social media channels for the best engagement.
  • Introduce new strategies for how to rank better in search engines.
  • Research new trends in digital marketing in order to bring ideas to enhance a campaign's performance and ROI.
In the long term, you will:
  • Performing Campaign & Audience Research
    • Moderate audience research to find the right targeting criteria for each campaign
    • Campaign planning & setup (including tracking analytics)
    • Advise on and suggest budgetary goals
  • Launching and Leading Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Search campaigns: organic & paid
    • Social campaigns: organic & paid
    • Email campaigns
    • Youtube campaigns
    • Marketing automation processes
  • Reporting
    • Performance metric tracking & monitoring

What you know:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of digital campaign management across multiple channels
    High proficiency in using Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven history of successful budget management & KPI-driven results
  • Preferred but not required: A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field

  • High conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
