Job Description

This is a work from home role, but you must live in Las Vegas, NV to be considered.

Shifts:

Shift starts at 7am PST and 10am PST and often go longer than 8 hours. Expect overtime and overtime pay depending on seasonal volume.

General Summary:

Review locates to determine if customer is in conflict of work scope.

Responsibilities:

• Review locate requests for conflict with customer facilities by using prints, web based map applications with street view and ticket text.

• Assess tickets in an efficient and swift manner

• Logically deduct infrastructure damage possibility

• Accurately shut down unnecessary truck rolls

• Ability to focus on details to optimize logical deductions

• Proficient with or ability to learn electronic customer records in multiple markets

• Ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Locating, utility, or survey experience

• 3 months of utility infrastructure assets experience

• Basic computer skills, working with dual monitor set up

• Utility print, schematic, or blueprint reading

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Browser Edition and Bing/Google Maps (Spatial Orientation)

Additional Information:

This position is work from home. Schedules will include overtime on occasion and is expected to be worked based on business needs.
