Direct Support Professional – Residential Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides quality care, training, support and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group setting.Monitors and maintains the safety and wellness of individuals. Assist in implementation of the Individual ServicePlan. Assists with monitoring health needs. Works on an as needed basis and is assigned a work location based on staffing needs. Schedule includes working holidays, weekends, and during inclement weather.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High school diploma or GED
M2: Valid driver’s license
M3: Must be physically able to push wheelchairs, assist with transfers and be on your feet for extended period of time
Preferred Requirements
P1: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Hourly Rate Range
$13.87 - $21.18
Shift Differential: $2.00 2nd Shift, $3.00 3rd Shift
