Royal Coach Tours is a family owned and operated company serving Northern California since 1960 and Las Vegas, NV since 2017. We are expanding to the Phoenix, AZ market. We are looking for a Director of Operations to help start our Phoenix operation.

We are looking for smart, detail oriented, driven, competitive individuals to join our Operations team. This position will be responsible for safety, dispatching, maintenance, employee engagement and hiring. In addition, you will work with our sales department to help grow our presence in the Phoenix market. You must deliver top notch customer service. Ideally you have a background in operations management and/or transportation.

Our Director of Operations

Oversees all operations for the location (Safety, Dispatching, Maintenance, Employee Engagement)
Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers
Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction with our services

Requirements
Proven track record of operations performance
Dynamic, outgoing, personable, enjoys talking with people and building relationships
Goal driven, competitive and also a team player

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
