Location: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Area

Pay Rate: $15 hr weekly pay

shift: 8PM - 4AM

Job description:

• 
  Stay updated with available drivers and contract drivers checking in and out

• 
  Assign drivers pick-up and deliveries and monitor drivers activity to best meet specified pick up and deliver schedule.
• 
  Contact and communicate with drivers through smart phones and/or two-way radios.
• 
  Effectively log all necessary information in system
• 
  Keep track of the progress that drivers make from and to pick-up and delivery sites.

• 
  Re-route drivers as needed to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.
• 
  Communicate with drivers as needed to meet customer delivery and pick expectations.

• 
  Maintain proficiency in using computer tools, driver tracking tool and other common office equipment and software.
• 
  Fill out and complete transfer sheet as appropriate
• 
  Manage problems related to customer information errors, i.e. wrong zip code, incorrect phone numbers, wrong delivery or pickup time, etc.
• 
  Keep customers updated regarding estimated delivery or pick-up time (ETA) or notification of late delivery
• 
  Maintain proficiency in using computer tools, driver tracking tools and other common office equipment and software.

• 
  Be available to drivers to answer any questions, inform them in case there are traffic jams, provide directions and overall communication.

Requirements:

• 
  Must be 21 years of age or older

• 
  Have a driver license

• 
  Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years.
