Job Description

This exciting ‘hands on’ E-commerce Associate is a great introduction to the world of luxury fashion. This position will give you the chance to gain general knowledge of the fashion industry through hands-on involvement in our NY corporate office. This role will support the ecommerce team in all aspects of ecommerce and site management. The candidate will report directly to the E-commerce Manager and should have a “startup” mindset: entrepreneurial, enthusiastic & positive.

The main areas of responsibilities will include:

• Work in collaboration with warehouse on ASN uploads and taking responsibility for confirming quantities inbounded and notifying teams of any discrepancies in either the qtys or invoice details.
• Assistance with oversight of operations/fulfillment in coordination with the CS team (cancelled orders, address changes, no-stocks, exchanges, etc.)
• Daily processing and submission of orders
• Manage catalog and product data management: Enter all product information including prices & imagery, categorize products & merchandise on site using our backend interface.
• Coordinate directly with the Logistics and Operations team in France for shipment of orders, cancellations, returns or exchanges.
• Track receipt of new inventory
• Visual merchandising of the site to align with featured content & emails
• Provide insight into performance by category and shopping experience through metrics data.
• Continuously assess site content and functions to optimize user experience and sales conversions
• Manage any additional web-site related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should be passionate about e-commerce, digital and the fashion industry
• Has great attention to detail
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Must possess knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with a website management tool is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (including internships)
• Ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, proactive, and pay attention to details.
• Degree in Marketing, Fashion or business-related major or equivalent experience
• Experience working in e-commerce platforms, Magento a plus.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Must be hands on and have the ability to work both independently and as member of team.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
