Looking for a dedicated, professional, and reliable secretary to join a busy practice for a well established and respected cardiologist in North Miami area. Due to growth and increased demand on May 1st we are moving into a state of the art office right on Biscayne Boulevard with easy access to major routes. The practice already has a secretary/manager, a medical assistant, and a nurse practitioner. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The new secretary will have his/her own room, computer, and phone. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, insurance verification, referral and authorization requests, patient scheduling and reminders, etc. Creole language is a big plus. We are only looking for individuals with long term commitment.
