Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: Production position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsible for processing donations for online sale including, but not limited to: data entry, cell phone photography, stocking, picking, shipping and customer service.

Essential Functions Statements:
- Prepares daily assignments and monitors breaks/lunches daily according to management direction.
- Assists in leading team huddles, exercises, and team trainings.
- Reports and documents issues concerning an ambassador’s performance and/or behavior.
- Assists management in recognizing, engaging, and motivating staff to achieve department goals.
- Performs administrative duties as assigned, including opening and closing store.
- Meets quality/production standards in all department disciplines. Assists in providing quality control for product to be listed.
- Helps train new or temporary personnel in the essential functions of the department.
- Assists in resolving advanced processing, listing, inventory and/or customer services issues.
- Keeps track of departmental equipment/supplies and reports needs in a timely manner.
- Sorts and prepares incoming product for online sale according to department guidelines, accurately completing computerized forms with appropriate details.
- Takes representative photographs that accurately convey product information and condition details.
- Uses appropriate SEO keywords in auction titles and includes relevant product information and specific condition details in auction descriptions.
- Ensures posted items follow all applicable marketplace guidelines, GISD’s policies/procedures, and state/federal laws.
- Accurately stocks, picks, packages and ships product according to department guidelines.
- Addresses a variety of customer inquiries according to department guidelines.
- Meets minimum production requirements and keeps up with the average worker on their team.
- Properly uses/maintains equipment and follows safety guidelines when processing and moving product.
- Keeps all workstations and processing areas clean and organized. Completes general warehouse housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Follows direction and completes other miscellaneous duties/tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience for Collectible Lister III: 2 years or more related experience.
Certificates & Licenses: None
Other Requirements: General computer and typing skills preferred.
