Position Summary:
As the successful eCommerce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing various components of our e-commerce platform, 3rd party integrations, website configuration, connected apps, testing and QA, as well as project management of small to medium projects. This is a hands-on technical role. The ability to learn and adapt to the ever-changing D2C landscape is a must.

What will you do?

Owns design/architecture of complete eCommerce stack (Shopify or Salesforce platform, ERP integrations, data platforms integrations and other integrations related to shipping, payments, fraud detection, tax, search, Emails etc.)
The Technical Lead, eCommerce, will split their responsibilities between driving technical changes, managing ongoing sprints and owning the technology roadmap for future changes.
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to development agencies and partners.
Demonstrate industry-standard methodologies and provide thought leadership to marketing teams regarding product marketing and eCommerce approaches, social media, and site analytics.
Contribute to the development of the eCommerce digital strategy.
Oversee/coordinate supporting technical work required with partner teams.
Partner with eCommerce product owners to align on technical implementation that maps to business needs.

Who we are looking for:
Track record of successfully bringing digital solutions to market
Strong eCommerce functional expertise to help address complex issues to achieve desired business goals.
Minimum 5 years of Digital or eCommerce applications.
Expert in the software product development lifecycle, agile project management delivery and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify/ Salesforce.
Working knowledge of email marketing platform (e.g., Iterbale, Emarsys).
Knowledge of mobile platforms.
Strong experience in API integrations.
Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods is a strong plus.
Degree in CS or equivalent experience.
