Our data science and digital tools combined with our clinical expertise are shifting the diabetes treatment paradigm from management to remission.

The Enrollment Coordinator, in Member Acquisition, at DayTwo provides proactive motivation and information for our applicants throughout the enrollment process, from the moment they apply to DayTwo until they are enrolled in our program. The Enrollment Coordinator will proactively call applicants to make a personal connection, answer questions, provide support and encouragement, and guide the applicant throughout. This is a key role in DayTwo's Member Acquisition team, as your work will determine just how many members have the chance to take control of their diabetes. The Enrollment Coordinator is an applicant’s primary contact at DayTwo throughout their enrollment process, and thus the defining aspect of their enrollment experience.

The Enrollment Coordinator is an organized, empathetic, sales-oriented person with strong customer service skills who is willing to tackle any challenge and is driven to provide access to DayTwo's Personalized Nutrition to as many people as possible!

This position is PRN/As Needed.

Additional Information:

  • 2 weeks of training
  • 5/5+ hours per month - depending on department coverage, needs, etc.
  • Would not be more than 8 hours per day in total.
  • Needs to be flexible to cover hours ranging from 8:30A EST to 8:00P EST.
  • Performance bonus based on meeting hourly targets.

What you’ll do

  • Manage volume of prospective members throughout the enrollment process and guide members through the DayTwo enrollment process to onboarding with the program
  • Regularly calling and engaging member (via outbound call campaigns) (70% of time on phone) and email follow-up
  • Proactively thinks of ways to improve the enrollment process for members and teammates and helps execute on those ideas with the team
  • Answers applicant questions accurately, with compassion & patience
  • Accountable for conversion rate of the applicants
  • Work with confidential health information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Identify areas of opportunity and recommend value added solutions.
  • Implement improvements to existing processes and procedures
  • Exceptional cold-call prospecting using consultative phone skills, including the ability to clearly articulate, inspire, project confidence and positivity, influence, overcome objections, and remain resilient throughout
  • Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updated in Salesforce
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated

Requirements:

You’ll love this job if:

  • Previous CRM experience - preferably Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with others quickly on the phone and via email (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • A data-driven ability to use insights from qualitative conversations and quantitative metrics to build stronger relationships with prospective member and improve conversion rates & increase member enrollment
  • Ability to multi-task while staying detail-oriented, and excited to directly work with our applicants on the phone for >50-60% of the day
  • Willing to work hours that fit the needs of applicants across the country (this is not a 9-5 job). Schedules are created to address member and business needs.
  • Willing to become proficient in Salesforce and all internal systems
  • Sales experience, with proven ability to hit sales targets individually
  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Background in healthcare space, behavioral psychology, or nutrition tech preferred
  • Previous health care enrollment also a positive
  • Desire to learn and share the exciting science and intricate details of DayTwo's personalized nutrition
  • Results-oriented approach and mindset


Hours

Our hours of operation are 7am CST - 7pm CST, Monday – Friday.

Shift(s) for this role will be created based on hours of operation and business need(s)
