UAG is seeking the best and brightest entry-level professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in our leadership development program! It is designed to accelerate and train entry-level talent for management roles within the business. You will be exposed to a dynamic blend of leadership development, management strategy, marketing and communication systems, and operations knowledge. This is a perfect role for someone who craves leadership and career success, but just needs the training and support to be established in a growing industry!

Job Overview:

• Become a master at customer service, engaging in strategic communication tools and techniques
• Learn how to properly identify and recruit talent for new positions in the future
• Continue developing leadership skills, acquiring essential qualities to participate in business management
• Create compelling marketing campaigns alongside the team to expand client territories and effectively promote client’s mission, brand, services, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75243: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
