Executive Assistant
Location: Miami (Brickell)
Salary: $70k to $85k DOE, plus benefits

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant for a rapidly growing firm looking for a candidate to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Miami-based Head of Investments and the 5 person investments team in our new Miami office.

Responsibilities:
Calendar management – Manage calendars for the investment team and correspond with others to arrange meetings, appointments, and events

Office management – Manage Miami office logistics, including working with landlord, ordering office supplies, etc.
Arrange travel – Arrange travel for investments team
Expense management – track and submit expense reports for investment team members
Contact management – maintain investment team’s contact database
Process management – track various processes in different databases for the investment team
Special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Hours:
Standard office hours

8 hours per day / 5 days per week

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

5+ years’ experience as an assistant
Experience traveling
Excellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Curious and eager to learn
English fluency required
