Avalon Hills is a privately owned residential treatment center specializing in eating disorders and co-occurring mental and physical health conditions. Physically located in an area surrounded by breathtakingly magnificent mountains, Logan, Utah provides ample educational, cultural, and sporting/recreational options. Our treatment is guided by a core philosophy: Treat to Outcome, which means that we are committed to positive treatment outcomes for our patients that are sustainable upon step down to a lower level of care. We have helped hundreds of patients in their recovery process. Our dynamic and diverse multidisciplinary team treats adolescent females and adult women and addresses all co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions simultaneously. Our team integrates medical, therapeutic, dietary, experiential, and applied neuroscience approaches in the care for our patients. The primary care provider is supported by a competent 24/7 nursing staff and provides care for a maximum of 20 patients. Our model provides ample time for the primary care provider to spend time with each patient, without the typical medical setting of daily quotas and pressures.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Position is on-site in Logan, UT
$5,000 sign on bonus for a 1 year commitment
Salary range: $106,000-$130,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS
The qualified applicant will possess an APRN degree and be Utah license eligible. The candidate will be internally-motivated and possess a desire to join a diverse treatment team of individuals focused on making a difference by creating positive long-term recovery outcomes for our patients. Those with varying ranges of experience from recent graduates to those with leadership background or leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
Licensure should have the ability to treat adults and youth (ages 11-17).

Required license or certification
License to Independently Practice in the State of Utah as an APRN or Nurse Practitioner.
