About us

Simba's Gas is looking for an individual that would assist the C.E.O. in company management. This is not a run of the mill Executive Assistant position but one that would provide growth opportunities and earning potential based on the value provided to the Company. As a leader and manager, I want to see individuals who have a desire to grow and take on new challenges while assisting with implementing systems and processes to help the Company grow.

● Assistance with Administrative Tasks

○ Communications With Tenants, Vendors and Various Stakeholders and assistance with scheduling meetings

○ Prepare Agendas or presentations for meetings and Follow Up on Action Items

○ Planning Company Events and Culture Building

Prepare presentations for Investor communications. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point is a must to be successful in this position.

Execute price changes and initiate promotions for all stores using company software. (C Store Pro)

Compile reports and track sales

● Assistance with Store Operations

○ Work with C.E.O. to development consistent Branding and Layout

○ Store Plan-o-gram, schematics, re-merchandising stores

○ Vendor negotiations

○ Store License Management and renewals

○ Creating systems & processes for scaling

○ Develop Employee Training Manuals

○ Cleaning and Maintenance Schedules

○ Conduct store audits to evaluate performance

○ Conduct real estate inspections to improve appearance

● Assistance with Acquisitions and Developments

○ Acquisition Checklist and Due Diligence

○ Tenant check ins and follow ups quaterly

○ Opportunities for participation in real estate investments based on performance

Ideal Candidate will have the following traits and attributes:

● Flexibility. We are a small business and have a next man up mentality. There may be weekends where something needs to be done or something not necessarily in your job function but we have to figure out a way to get the job done.

● Desire to Grow and Learn. What you are doing on Day 1 will not be the same on Day 365. We want to enable you to grow professionally and personally. Company will contribute resources that will assist with performance and growth.

● Organization. A primary function of this role is to assist with creating structure and processes and requires someone that can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

● Communications. This role requires constant communication with team Members from the store level to the C.E.O. to stakeholders in transactions.

● Follow up. This job requires someone that will follow up when things are not progressing. Don’t wait for someone to finish tasks, instead, track, record and see the task to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
