High-Profile Monthly is currently looking for an executive assistant to the publisher.
This is a remote position, 20 to 30 hrs/week. Must live in or within an easy commute to Boston. You will be expected to be available via Skype during working hours. You must will be expected to network at industry events, both morning and evening, at least once a week.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong business development skills; experience or strong interest in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry in New England; familiarity with Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Canva; and a passion for and experience with social media management platforms (i.e. Later), including creating daily stories and campaigns to engage our audience. The perfect candidate will have an ability to perform a variety of tasks daily, from sending leads to the sales team to putting together the weekly e-newsletter.
Responsibilities will include assisting the publisher on daily tasks, business development/sales, social media management, attending weekly industry/networking events, and designing marketing materials for the sales team.

Preferred skills:
-Knowledge of/interest in editing and proofreading for a daily newsfeed, and writing feature stories and/or press releases.
