Springs Fabrication is hiring a Welder/Fabricator for our Colorado Springs location!

As a Welder/Fabricator you will be responsible to layout and fabricate complex metal products with little or no supervision. Familiar and proficient at welding using carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy metals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understands fully Springs Fabrication’s Policy Statement, commitment to ISO and Safety
• Maintains own tools per Employee Manual and maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Check all parts to print and material lists prior to welding.
• Weld in accordance with lead/supervisor directions, work orders, component blueprints and welding procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• 
  HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of related experience in carbon steel, stainless steel fabrication, and technical training or equivalent.
