Where You Will Work
Management Services & Operations (MS&O) is responsible for delivering integrated service and support solutions that ensure the NRO mission. MS&O is responsible for facilities, emergency management, logistics and resource management to name a few. MS&O has opportunity for an experienced facility project manager to join the team. This position will work within the Facilities Support Group and is responsible for the execution of design/build construction projects. Projects range in scope and complexity supporting all facets of a facility to include, but not limited to, power, people spaces, and cooling.
What makes working in the Facilities Support Group exciting? The variety of projects executed provides a unique experience that allows project managers to utilize their subject matter expertise while increasing their breadth of knowledge across all aspects required operating a facility. The ever-changing type of projects keeps daily work activities exciting and refreshing.

The position serves as a technician, responsible for complex, difficult, strategic assignments in a given area of responsibility. This work requires providing professional, technical data analysis in the area of expertise and coordinating projects undertaken with other organizations. The position advises higher level officials and groups working on specific problems as it relates to the area of responsibility.

2023 salary range for the Denver, CO area:
GG-11: $76,551 – $99,513
GG-12: $91,753 - $119,280
**This position is a Full Performance position. The NRO is accepting applications from U.S. Citizens and current Federal Government employees for this position. To qualify for the position, federal government employees MUST currently be at the GG-11 or GG-12 grade level and may ONLY apply for a lateral reassignment at their current grade level and step. Federal applicants who exceed the advertised grade may voluntarily request acceptance at the lower grade per IAW DoD 1400.25 Volume 2006.

Trial Period
All new DCIPS employees will be required to serve a 2-year trial period.
