The Motor Enclave is the premiere developer of experiential motorsports venues in North America. Our 200-acre development in Tampa, Florida includes a 1.6 mile Hermann Tilke designed driving circuit, a 2-acre vehicle dynamics pad, a 100 acre off-road experience with miles of purpose built trails, a 37,000 square foot corporate event center and the largest Private Garage community in the world. Every adrenalin filled detail has been designed and engineered around delivering memorable experiences to our owners/members, corporate clients and the general public. The Motor Enclave is powered by a small number of individuals who take ownership of their responsibilities and work together. The facilities team makes sure that the entire site is properly maintained and also works closely with the events, ops, and track team to ensure that all events and activities are performing at the highest level. In addition to routine facilities responsibilities, you will likely get the chance to work on other projects and tasks as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist w/ overall maintenance and coordination of the site, track, garage community, pool, and off-road area

  • Moving equipment, barriers, construction debris, grounds
  • Grass Maintenance
  • Trash Removal
  • Logistics for receiving and processing deliveries, tracking supplies, and shopping for items needed

Support the events team and track staff for events and activities

  • Event setup and teardowns for the event center, track, off-road area, and parking including: Tents, tables, chairs, trash cans, barriers, trailers, equipment and other assets as needed
  • Facilities staff attendance at most events to ensure that the event runs smoothly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record
  • Desire to work in fast paced exciting environment with frequent changes
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when events are happening
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks at the same time

Hours and Compensation

40 plus hours/week including evenings and weekends. Schedule is very dependent upon events, may need some additional flexibility for individual projects. Full time includes company sponsored health benefits.

$16/hour
