This is a part-time hourly position with the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments, Area Agency on Aging. The position is a Care Planner for informal caregivers who contact the Center for assistance. As the part-time Care Planner this individual is primarily responsible for providing information and assistance to informal caregivers to help them access needed services in the community. This position assists informal caregivers to manage their caregiving responsibilities by developing a plan to support them in caring for an elderly spouse, parent, family member, or friend.
