Delivery Driver Positions - FedEx Independent Service Provider

ValCal Inc. is seeking experienced and reliable drivers for package delivery and pickup in Jacksonville, FL. This is a physically demanding position that requires excellent driving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Drivers can earn $700 to $1,000+ per week based on performance and volume. This is a full-time, part-time, or temporary position that requires working 5-6 days per week, including weekends.

The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented, proactive attitude and be willing to collaborate with others. They must also have excellent customer interaction and driving skills, and be able to work during weekends. Complying with all FedEx guidelines is also required.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
• Training: $120 per day
• Compensation: $700 - $1,000+ / Week depending on performance and volume
• Work Days: 5 - 6 days / Week (including Weekends)

Requirements

• 1 year driving in the delivery business
• Have no physicals limitations
• Eligible to work in the US
• At least 21 years of age
• Handle packages up to 150 lbs.
• Team-oriented, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Must have excellent customer interaction and driving skills
• Capable of working during weekends

Additional Requirements

• Valid Driver’s license
• No vehicle accidents in the past 3 years
• No CDL is required
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Pass a Criminal background check
• Pass a DOT Physical Exam
• Pass Drug Screenings
• Pass a Driving Test
• Comply with all FedEx guidelines
