Salary: $130k - 400k per year

If you are a Financial Advisor who enjoys the hunt for new clients seeking financial security through a wealth management strategy and also managing existing relationships on an on-going basis, come be part of a team where you will have the opportunity to advance within a rapidly growing firm. While it doesn't replace your own efforts to find new clients, you also will have the advantage of a built-in referral network which can add to your client base.

The ideal candidate will be in a position to bring-with Assets Under Management no less than $20M. Please do not apply unless you meet the minimum requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Assist existing clients by providing financial planning and investment advice, delivering the highest level of service excellence and wealth strategies that are in alignment with the clients’ goals
  • Increase firm assets under management through the acquisition of new clients, developing relationships with hi-net-worth individuals and families, as well as corporate retirement plan sponsors
  • Develop and deliver client presentations
  • Represent the firm’s investment philosophy through ongoing communications with clients, prospects, the general public, and centers-of-influence through vehicles such as speaking engagements and publications
  • Perform client-centric activities individually and as part of the team, as assigned and as necessary

Education and Experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics required
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience at a wealth management firm or other financial service firm in a role directly related to client management and financial planning
  • CFA and CFP credentials preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products

  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment products, strategies & asset allocation modeling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and polished ability to network
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening, written/oral communication, presentation
  • Working knowledge of SEC advisory regulations

Professional designations/licenses

  • Active Series 65 or 66
