If you would like a low pressure and laid back position, and have an easy time empathizing with people, then we have the perfect job for you! Our Lakeland location is looking to fill all positions in our state of the art stretching facility! We are seeking out individuals versed in sales with a management background. If selected the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of paid training in Fort Lauderdale FL, where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.

Responsibilities:

• Caring! We are a health and wellness company and you will need to care about helping people achieve their health goals!
• New client acquisitions. We provide the leads and the training, you just need to enjoy talking to new people!
• Staff management. Build your perfect dream team to help you accomplish your goals!
• Client tracking. Build long lasting relationships with existing clients by taking the time to reach out and check their enjoyment of our services!
• Basic cleaning. Our facilities run clean and only need an occasional vacuuming and taking out the trash!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Our main demographic is older and so we will adhere to all local, state, and federal guidelines in facility. Also, some clients may request additional PPE and we will always comply for their comfort.
