Job Description

• Temp to Hire!
• Pay: Up to $20/hr
• Location: Londonderry, NH
• Days worked: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm, occasional Saturday OT offered

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls
• Greet customers in the show room
• Knowledge of equipment repairs and warranty work
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability
• Obtain parts for customers as requested by phone or in person
• Generate customer estimates, quotes and invoices in a timely manner
• Listens to and resolve service complaints and inform manager of any issues
• Handle warranty or defective parts for customers in accordance with company procedure

What we look for...!

• Positive attitude
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong listening & communication skills
• Strong work ethic, no attendance issue
• Basic knowledge of truck suspension parts
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required, MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Previous Parts Counter experience++
