Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater SEATTLE/TACOMA metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 105 MULTIFAMILY (APARTMENT) /SELF STORAGE / OFFICE PROPERTIES starting ASAP and lasting approx. 4-6 weeks.
Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please note that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.
Assignments typically contain 25-30 properties and photographers are given approx. one week to complete the assignment, however each assignment generally only requires approx. 2 days of work. (Depending on availability, you may be able to receive 2-3 assignments a week.) 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via a FTP connection. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
