Position Summary
As the Office Assistant, you'll play an integral role in supporting our clinical team. The Office Assistant will be expected to be flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment, and able to make sound judgments to execute tasks with minimal direction. The Office Assistant is a valuable resource to the treatment center and administrative team by being proactive and collaborating with various departments to meet operational needs.
This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position reports to the Office Manager under the Director of Operations. The Office Assistant also works closely with the Treatment Center Director and the Director of Human Resources. Observe regular office hours Monday through Friday; no remote work is available for this position. Other duties include:
