Job Description

Bilingual receptionist for a high volume, fast paced firm located in Downtown West Palm Beach. Full time position available to commence immediately.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries.

Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.

Scheduling and routing clients.

Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms.

Maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas.

Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents.

Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages.

Data entry, word processing, establishing new case files and drafting simple correspondence.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual a must (Fluent in English and Spanish. Speak, Read and write)

Minimum of 1 year of relevant legal receptionist experience in a law firm setting.

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is a must.Knowledge of Client Profiles is a plus.

Must have superior organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and demands.

Must be a team player, have excellent phone skills, excellent people and social skills, organized and detail oriented, functions well in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines.

Must be able to work independently as well as under supervision, have excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to handle a large case load in a timely manner.
