Job Description

• Efficient and courteous operation of the Home’s switchboard and beeper system with prompt transmission of calls and messages.
• Maintain current and accurate all lists utilized at Reception Desk.
• Transmit calls to appropriate personnel.
• Observe all who enter and leave the Home.
• Greet people and respond to a variety of situations with poise, patience and discretion
• Respond appropriately to signals from the fire panel.
• Receive and handle all mail packages.
• Prompt and polite in meeting the needs of visitors and residents.
• Lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 pounds as required for handling mail /UPS delivery/Amazon delivery.
• Operate telephone and press buttons on unit.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.95 - $21.61 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Pedro, CA 90732: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
