JOB TITLE: Office Representative – New York

REPORTS TO: Executive Assistant to CEO

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine scheduling, clerical, and typing tasks involved in processing varied office materials
  • Schedule mail deliveries with our messenger service, USPS, and FedEx
  • Open and distribute internal mail and coordinate interoffice delivery with our NJ office
  • Greet visitors at our front reception desk
  • Answer phone calls on the main phone line and route accordingly
  • Procure and process samples for the Sales Coordinating staff
  • Order refreshments as needed including weekly bagel order
  • Manage office/breakroom supply inventory
  • Assist accounting with in-office check depositing when required
  • Communicate with the office Superintendent any office machines that require maintenance
  • Miscellaneous clerical tasks

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research
  • Typing and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
  • Flexible and multitasker
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Team Player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
