What We Need:
Assists the Promotions Center of Excellence team with contesting and prize fulfillment.

What You'll Do:
Duties include:
Accurately capture prize winner information and input correctly into PromoSuite, following up with prize winners for any outstanding paperwork
Ensuring prize winners meet the guidelines and qualify as described in each contest’s rules
Shipping prizes to winners and ensuring prize winners receive their prize in a timely manner
Handle incoming calls and/or emails from prize winners and/or listeners
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a prize winner and/or listener question
Troubleshooting common challenges and issues
Escalating queries and concerns as appropriate
Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions
Overall general promotion of our iHeartRadio stations as well as our sponsors.

Requirements:
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week.
Knowledge of stations’ core demographics.
The ability to work in a team environment.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
Night & Weekend availability may also be needed.

Work Experience:
1-3 years’ experience in customer service, promotions and marketing

Education:
High school diploma; 4-year college degree preferred (emphasis in Communications, Advertising or Marketing)
