Watermelon Swim is proud to employ the best customer service team in the Tampa Bay area which we are currently looking to expand. We are seeking Customer Service Call Center Representatives who exhibit passion, enthusiasm, and friendliness and who are at least 18 years old. It's a great opportunity to earn an exceptional pay rate and work a consistent weekly schedule. We are hiring full-time members with shifts available during the day, evening, and on weekends. You must be available 1-2 evenings during the week and Saturday or Sunday day. The Call Center Customer Service Representative role is a great opportunity for anyone who needs hours outside the typical 9-5 job.

Additional qualifications:

  • Inside sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services
  • Exceptional phone skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Keyboarding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 years or older
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
