Join our small yet fast-growing team in the exciting travel industry! We are the leading tour company in Las Vegas and are looking for a detail-orientated problem solver to join our management team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious person to join a fun and fast-growing company. You will work closely with the Founder to manage the day-to-day operations, help the HR team with interviewing, scheduling, and payroll, and help the Fleet Manager with issues with the fleet.

Manager Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in operations, supervision, and management.
• High-level written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• 2 years of managerial experience
• Expereince managing a fleet or working with vehicles is a plus
