· HANDLING ALL WEDDING INQUIRIES BY PHONE AND IN PERSON
· SALES SKILLS TO EXPERTLY SUGGEST ENHANCEMENTS ITEMS THAT CAN BE ADDED TO A WEDDING PACKAGE OR EVENT.
· PREPARES ALL PAPERWORK REQUIRED FOR THE COORDINATED WEDDINGS OR EVENTS. TYPING IS A MUST
· FOLLOW UP ON A REGULAR BASIS TO ENSURE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
· TAKE IN PAYMENTS AND MAKE REPORTS END OF DAY. (POS)
