Impact Sign and Graphics – Phoenix is seeking a graphic designer to join our growing company in a growing multi-million-dollar industry. Must be able to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Will be responsible for producing high quality work, proofreading, and editing. Will work on layouts and prepare work for prepress and vinyl cutting. Will work with Vendors in Managing completion of jobs. Will work with in house sales team to design marketing concepts. Must be able to work in our sign production shop area to prepare cut vinyl for application and do general shop sign production.

• 3 to 5 year’s experience in Graphics Design and Sign Production required

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task

• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and focus on the keeping a schedule

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer and intercompany relationship skills

• Excellent follow-up methodology

• Graphics software application knowledge: Adobe Packages (Illustrator (must be strong suite), and Acrobat)

• Graphics equipment experience a plus; Plotter for cutting vinyl

• Must be able to work in our sign production shop area to prepare cut vinyl for application and do general shop sign production when needed.

Benefits available for full-time employees after 90 days. Monday – Friday schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)
