Harrogate is an upscale lifespan, retirement community for seniors encompassing 251 independent living apartments and a 68-bed skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking a full time Groundskeeper to perform grounds cleanup and maintenance including general landscaping, pruning, clipping, mulching. Knowledgeable in landscaping, plants, flowers and grounds tools and snow removal. Ability to operate a snow plow a plus. During inclement weather and off-season, this position assists with interior tasks in refurbishing including demolition and moving furnishings and light maintenance. Contracted services performs large jobs such as lawn mowing, large mulching jobs and leaf blowing. Hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (7.5 hours per day), five shifts per week. Must be able to speak, read and understand English. Beautiful place to work and an outstanding team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
