Groundskeeper

Hereford Ethanol Plant is looking to fill a temporary full time Groundskeeper position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site cleanliness by sweeping, mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, painting, etc.
• Safe operation of equipment including but not limited to mowers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, tractors, skid steer, and various small power tools
• Small landscape installation/renovation projects: planting trees and shrubs, installing edging, weed barrier, and installing woodchip or rock mulch.
• Keep all storage areas, mechanical rooms, and work areas clean and organized
• Perform touch up paint as needed

SKILLS :

• Ability to operate hand tools, such as weed eaters, edger’s, chainsaws, blowers, rakes, shovels, small hand tools
• Strong verbal communication skills
