RSI (Residential Services, Inc.) is currently seeking leaders to work as Direct Support Coordinators in our group home settings to lead, plan and organize activities for employees and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a great way to still work hands-on with residents but also provide leadership and support to the employees in the home.
We are paying an EXTRA $2/hour for all hours worked on the weekends!

Minimum requirements include:
High School Diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age. Experience in the IDD field required and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Current Openings/Schedule:
1) Wed. - Sat. and every other Sunday which includes 2nd shift (3-11pm)and overnight sleep shifts.
2) Sun.- Wed. and every other Saturday which includes 2nd shift (3-11pm) and overnight sleep shifts.
The pay for this position is $39,078/year.
