Summary of the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to join our North America Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in owning a pipeline number and driving growth through multiple marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop and execute growth strategies, manage cross functional projects, and oversee all aspects of our marketing initiatives.

This role owns the growth trajectory for our most competitive market and is a good fit for a "T" shaped marketer who knows which levers to pull across multiple functions and is comfortable leading a high performing team to success.


What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies designed to increase market presence, drive traffic, and generate leads and pipeline
  • Managing a talented team of digital marketing, field marketing, and BDR professionals to appropriate KPIs
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including PR, Content, and Marketing Ops to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies
  • Providing regular reports to the marketing and sales teams on market trends, campaign performance, and ROI

Requirements

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing, with a focus on pipeline generation
  • 3+ years of team management (hiring, performance management, coaching)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, including BDR and field marketing professionals
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
