Guest Services Representative

Wintergreen Hospitality is looking for an experienced, warm and friendly Guest Services Representative for the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax, Virginia .

The Responsibility:
Help create a welcoming environment for all guests staying at the hotel. Our welcome team members are often the first and last interactions our guests will have with the hotel. It’s vital to the success of our hotel for our welcome team members to do everything possible to help our guests fall in love with the hotel. Going the extra mile to be courteous, transparent, and accurate when interacting with hotel guests and other team members is what separates our hotel from others.

What you might be expected to do on any given day:

• Speak to guests over the phone to help create and edit reservations at the hotel
• Utilize Hilton’s property management system (OnQ) to conduct daily reservation maintenance and reporting
• Provide detailed communications with other departments at hotel to ensure guests’ needs are met
• Dream up ways to create magical experiences for our guests
• Share transparent feedback with team leader to keep internal lines of communication clear

Wage:

$16/Hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
