Razorfish is currently looking for a Ad Operations/Ad Technology leader to lead our Ad Operations craft. This is a strategic role that oversees all digital campaign executions within an office or region, including resource management, new business, staffing/retention, working with clients, driving innovation, protecting margin, maximizing efficiencies and managing complex problems. This individual possesses extremely strong communication skills and collaborates regularly with multiple groups (media, social, business intelligence, etc.) in an effort to ensure smooth, strategic executions. This individual also works to make the discipline a center of excellence within Razorfish and across Publicis Media constantly striving for innovation, business growth and efficiency wherever possible. This role will publish and put forward internal and external POV's on the impact of changes in the adtech space and begin to establish a voice on key industry topics. The ideal candidate will have practical, hands-on-experience in various ad technology solutions including Ad Servers, Brand Safety Providers, Dynamic Creative Solutions and DSP’s. They should have strong technical capabilities and the ability to build robust adtech systems to connect audiences to media to measurement.

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $299,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
