Responsibilities

Must have the basic experience or knowledge in the following areas:

*Painting *Carpentry *Basic Plumbing *Electrical *Hand and power tools *Drywall *Perform other maintenance duties as assigned *Ability to work in a timely manner *Maintain a clean and safe work environment *Maintain a professional attitude at all times *Clear communication with GM and AGM at all times

Qualifications

*General mechanical experience. *Previous experience in maintenance or related field *Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities *Detailed orientated. *Ability to handle workload. *Willing to train.
