We are looking for a driven, continuous learner, and relationship-focused Human Resources Manager to support our growing team. The HR Manager is an individual contributor and is responsible for managing and delivering upon the day-to-day HR needs of the business.
This ideal candidate has experience managing the HR function, and that has the breadth of experience to support a growing business, is able to drive progress and navigate ambiguity. This individual operates to provide both day to day support to employees and leaders and serves as a coach and consultant in supporting longer term team development and cultural strategies.
At Silver Maple we consider our HR department to be a part of our benefits package. The HR Manager will often be called upon to act as a concierge and guide our employees through policies, insurance navigation and other processes that can be challenging for our busy team, many of whom are out on job sites and not in the office.
