What You’ll Do:

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for assisting and facilitating the human resource processes at Roth. This role provides support with all facets of the employee life cycle, from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and separation. This role also provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Assist with the recruiting and coordination of drug screens, background and MVR checks with incoming employees
  • Assist and conduct candidate interviews alongside the hiring manager
  • Prepare and conduct new hire orientations, and ensure new hire paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Serve as primary contact for answering employee requests and questions.
  • Conduct employee check-ins with open and honest communication
  • Responsible for tracking and coordinating employee performance reviews.
  • Handle the day to day functions of benefit administration and 401(k), including eligibility, enrollment, communication, and education
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
