A client of ours in the Non- Profit industry located in Miami is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team. This position will oversee the hiring and recruiting for all positions, benefits administration, employee performance reviews, and all HR legal policies and procedures. Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into our HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the recruiting process, from interviewing, facilitating the hiring of new team members for open positions, and collaborating with managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts, job descriptions and employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures as required.
- Responsible for the preparation of bi-monthly payroll in conjunction with the Senior Accountant.
- Preparation of monthly workers compensation payments with the Senior Accountant.
