The company earns revenue by offering various monthly packages. Houzeo is based in Manhattan, New York with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina (US) and Mumbai, India. What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, and developing culture. You will be working as a part of the Recruitment team which uses Talent Supply Chain Management approach to securing and optimizing talent supply and services through all input channels to meet the workforce needs of Houzeo India, enabling them to meet their strategic objectives. The Recruitment Process Design team focuses on finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (from within or outside of an organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost-effective manner. This includes analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization. The role may require proficiency across talent acquisition, international recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, and HR outsourcing. What are we looking for? ● Fluency in English Responsibilities:

● Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. ● Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

● Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.

● Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.

● Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

● Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.

● Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.

● Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting

● Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

● Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees

● Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.

● Prioritize workload and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.

Requirement/Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate in Arts or Human Resources is a prerequisite for the job. Highly pro-active & customer centric attitude Ability to prioritize & multitask High attention to detail Very well structured, organised, and detail oriented Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Comfortable working on own initiative
