HVAC Construction Project Coordinator

EnviroControl Systems Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Construction Project Coordinator with mechanical retrofit experience to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals and hold the team accountable. Candidate must have a strong leadership presence and a proven record of success.

Position Summary: Manages a wide range of confidential, high-level administrative and executive support tasks in support of Commercial Installation function, consistent with EnviroControl Systems' mission, strategic plans, and goals.

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm M-F, Overtime as needed

Pay rate: $40,000 - $60,000 annual salary

Requirements:

• Qualified to work in the United States with necessary 1-9 documentation.
• Continual compliance with EnviroControl Systems' DFW policy: pre-employment, 90-day, post-accident when indicated; Ohio reasonable suspicion, random pool.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with EnviroControl Systems' team members, general contractors, and subtractors in both spoken and written language
• Demonstrates aptitude to position based on Job Profile Assessment, if requested
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical team members; ability to complete all paperwork/record-keeping accurately, and on time, according to EnviroControl Systems' and contract protocols
• Demonstrates ability to learn, master, and use computer programs supporting commercial HVAC installation functions.
• Demonstrated personal integrity in business; professional interpersonal communication and collaborative skills. (Must be able to work with strong personalities.)
• Maintains attendance at 99%.
