The HVAC Program is seeking positive, dynamic, student-centered HVAC Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners the desired skills for today’s workplace. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion, and the use of the classroom experiences to enhance workplace understanding and performance.
Teach with excellence a full range of HVAC coursework including sheet metal fundamentals and commercial controls. Participate collaboratively in curriculum review and development, outcomes assessment, advisory council activities, projects, and other department or College activities.

Required Qualification
8 years of FT related occupational experience
OR
approved Journey-worker status
OR
4 years FT related occupational experience PLUS Associate’s degree in career field
OR
2 years FT related occupational experience PLUS Bachelor’s degree in discipline or related discipline.
Journey Worker License
Preferred Qualifications
Refrigeration installation experience
Teaching and/or training experience
Physical Demands Salary/Hourly Rate $78,445 minimum
