YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC SERVICE DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This full-time scheduling and dispatching job works the closing shift and weekend shifts with closing times varying depending on the weather. This is not a remote position.

Summer closing times are typically between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Winter closing times can be as early as 7:00 p.m. but can go later if the weather stays good.

As an HVAC Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you oversee the scheduling and dispatching of our service technicians. Always pleasant and attentive, you take incoming phone calls to schedule service jobs. You listen intently to the customer's needs so you can dispatch the right technician for the job. Throughout the process, you keep customers updated about appointments and notify them of any changes. Once jobs are completed, you debrief our technicians and reach out to customers to ensure they're satisfied with the service they received.

You arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction. You take pride in effectively coordinating our technicians and helping us provide exceptional customer service!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 1+ years of experience doing scheduling and dispatching for HVAC or related services
• Knowledge about the San Antonio area and surrounding areas
• Great computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret maps
